I’ve found the pins I want but can’t add them to my bag
This is probably due to high demand and stock being low or completely out. No worries, if you email us we will try our best to get you the exact pin you want for your collection or you can wait for a restock in that pin design.

Has my order been sent yet?
All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your order ships.

Can you give me more information about the pins?
Here at the PUFF we believe every pin has a journey. We believe that journey is just as important as the design. We will include as many details about all our stock. If you have further questions, hit me up in the CONTACT form above

Can I track my order ?
Every order will have a tracking # once shipped. We ship within 1-2 business days after the confirmation of sale.
